Rosemary Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Rosemary Garlic Mashed Sweet Potatoes  
(dairy free, gluten free)


  • 4 large sweet potatoes

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tsp sea salt

  • ⅓ cup milk or milk alternative

  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped


  1. Cook sweet potatoes in the oven at 425 F for 30-60 minutes until they are soft.

  2. Scoop the flesh out the potatoe once they have cooled, discarding the skin.

  3. Mash or blend all the ingredients until desired consistency.

  4. Enjoy!
