Rosemary Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Rosemary Garlic Mashed Sweet Potatoes
(dairy free, gluten free)
4 large sweet potatoes
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp sea salt
⅓ cup milk or milk alternative
2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
Cook sweet potatoes in the oven at 425 F for 30-60 minutes until they are soft.
Scoop the flesh out the potatoe once they have cooled, discarding the skin.
Mash or blend all the ingredients until desired consistency.
