Sockeye Salmon


Allergens: fish

For the Salmon:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F

  2. Season salmon with garlic, dill weed, salt, and pepper

  3. Cook for 20 min

For the squash:

  1. Preheat oven to 425F

  2. Cut lengthwise with a very sharp knife

  3. Scoop out the seeds and pulp in the middle

  4. Place face down on a foil lined sheet with 1-2 tbsp water in the pan

  5. Cover the top of the squash with foil tightly

  6. Bake for a little less than an hour, or until the squash pulls apart with a fork easily

For the Asparagus:

  1. Place about 1/2 cup water in steamer on the stove

  2. Wash asparagus and cut the white part of the ends off

  3. Turn the stove on medium heat

  4. Place asparagus in the steamer and cook covered for about 15-20 min or until asparagus are tender
