Sweet Potato Chocolate Chip Cookies


Allergens: nuts, dairy (omit ghee and use coconut oil for dairy free)


  • 1/2 cup coconut flour

  • 3/4 cup cooked sweet potato

  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar

  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder

  • 3 Tablespoon of ghee (for lactose free). You can use butter or coconut oil

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup cashew milk (or regular)

  • 1 cup dairy free dark chocolate chips (or regular)


  1. Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper

  2. Mix wet ingredients in a bowl

  3. Mix dry ingredients in another bowl

  4. Combine ingredients together

  5. Using a spoon, form balls of batter into your hands and shape into cookies

  6. Place cookies on parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes

  7. Enjoy!
