Cashew Miso Sauce


Cashew Miso Sauce

(GF, DF)

This makes a great dressing for a salad or addition to a stir fry. I add it to everything!


  • 2.5 cups cashews

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce or liquid aminos for GF version

  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic

  • 1/8 tsp salt to taste

  • 1/2 cup water (you may need more depending on your blender- I have a Vitamix)


1. Soak cashews in water for about 1 hour or overnight

2. Drain cashews, then add them to a blender.

3. Blend with all ingredients, adding more water as needed.
