• 1⁄2 cup sunflower seed butter or another option of nut butter (peanut, almond)
• 1⁄2 cup honey
• 3⁄4 cup egg white protein powder ( I use Trader Joe’s
• 1.2 cups oats
• Optional: chocolate chips, flaxseed, chia seeds, coconut flakes
1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until combined and form into balls with your hands.
