Paleo Protein Muffins
These are paleo, gluten, dairy, nut , and soy free.
Great grab and go option but be sure to slather with Trader Joes creamy almond butter.
2 ripe 🍌 bananas (1 firm green one and 1 yellow ripe one)
6 scoops @oriyaorganics protein powder
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
Optional (fancy ): 1/4 cup coconut sugar and 1/2 cup @enjoylifefoods chocolate chips, 1 tsp cinnamon (highly recommend). .
Preheat oven to 375°F. Peel banana and blend in blender or food processor.
Pour batter into a bowl, add rest of ingredients.
Pour batter into silicone muffin cups and bake for 25-30 minutes.
